For exchange
We charge ₹100 for exchange of any product. This amount should be paid before exchange while submitting the request.
To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be aware that the reverse pickups arranged by us takes atleast 7 -10 days to complete the process.

In most cases the brand will arrange for a reverse pickup. In areas where brand cannot have access to arrange for Reverse pickup the Parcel will need to be sent to the our address.
Damage/Missing product Requests without proper proof of unpacking will not be accepted and no further actions can be taken.
